Revia is a B2B SaaS circular intelligence platform that connects purchase and returns data for apparel retailers. It creates a cross-brand representation of customers to reveal their true size, fit, and style preferences.

Shoppers are unable to find products on the website as the recommendations do not show products based on their true preferences which results in churn and low conversions for the brand.

With the rise of agentic commerce, apparel brands have a growing concern of how they would reach their customers. With the advent of agentic commerce, there is a growing need for brands to understand their customers better so that they may show up better results on the agentic interface.

Reports must be generated from the platform's own data and not transcribed from hauler documents. The process must enforce completeness and reconciliation (line items must sum to reported totals) before export. Report history must be versioned and auditable.
